What expertise does Beyond Limits bring?Our program is led by Molly Lampert, an educator with experience teaching elementary grades across various subjects in schools throughout New York City and Miami. This hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of diverse student needs. Molly holds a Master’s in Childhood Education and Special Education, along with dual New York State and Florida teaching certifications in both General Education and Special Education. Her background is further strengthened by her previous role as a Senior Program Manager at an EdTech company, where she successfully blended classroom expertise with technological innovation. This unique combination enables her to provide targeted, data-driven support, ensuring every student’s success through personalized, effective instruction.

Where do sessions take place?Sessions are primarily conducted in person in NYC, but we can accommodate remote or hybrid options as needed. Our program offers flexibility in meeting your child's location and scheduling requirements.

How often will my child receive instruction?Your child will receive one one-on-one session per week, which is designed to work toward the goals set in their individualized program. In addition, they’ll have access to on-demand support throughout the week, including asynchronous or brief real-time check-ins as needed.

What type of support is provided beyond one-on-one sessions?Beyond the weekly one-on-one sessions, our program includes ongoing communication with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders involved in your child’s academic journey to ensure alignment across the board and continued progress.
